In association with the Payne Avenue Business Association and University Bank, we are pleased to present the inaugural Labor Payne 5K (need not be pregnant to run) on Saturday, September 3rd.
The kids fun run has been cancelled. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.
Happenings Books are on SALE NOW!
We will be selling Happening Books (a.k.a. Entertainment Books) as a fundraiser this year. Books will be sold for $30 (and will bring a return of $6/book!).
Friends, family, co-workers and neighbors can all take advantage of the 50% off or buy-one-get-one-free offers provided in the books. How many people take their clothes to the dry cleaners? get their car washed? stop by McDonalds or Taco Bell on occasion? go to a movie at AMC theaters? The list could go on!
If you are interested in selling a few (or buying a few!), please contact Lisa Simplot at 651.552.8778 or lsimplot@msn.com. We will be selling them through at least the end of September, and the person who sells the most will get a $25 "commission"!
Not from around here? Want to pay by Credit Card? Out of town versions of the book can be purchased online, or if you prefer to charge it to your credit card, simply visit www.entertainment.com, click "Buy A Book" and enter the our group ID of 344705.
