STATE TOYM CONVENTION - September 9 - 11 Meet and celebrate a quarter of accomplishments with Jaycees across the state. This weekend is jampacked: Individual Develelopment competitions, state elections, Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans banquet (our nominee, Jacquie Berglund, is a TOYM honoree) and proposed bylaw and policy changes to be voted on. In association with the Payne Avenue Business Association and University Bank, we are pleased to present the inaugural Labor Payne 5K (need not be pregnant to run) on September 3rd.
