Individual Development helps polish the shine on several of those facets,
helping members develop professional and personal skills, all while
broadening members' horizons with social outings. Members can polish
up on their writing and speaking skills through competitions such as
Write-Up, Speak-Up, and Debate. And with events like the Mystery Bus
Tour, Wine Tasting, Chapter Golf, and Skiing, Individual development
offers many fun, relaxed ways for chapter members to get to know one
another.
